Jem – Sound Healer

Jem creates space for you to slow down, relax and reconnect with yourself through the healing power of sound. Jem began playing instruments from a young age. She later discovered the impact of sound healing and completed her certification in 2023. Each session is held with intention, compassion and the belief that your body already holds the wisdom to heal when it feels safe and supported. The vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, koshis, rainsticks, gongs, flute and handpan invite deep rest, emotional release and inner calm. Each sound journey allows you to receive exactly what you need in that moment. Give yourself permission to relax, receive, release and return to your heart.
