π Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love every crystal and item you receive. If something isnβt quite right, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved and received, we can offer a store credit or exchange (no refunds to original payment).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
